3. SMS Text Messaging Terms City of Faith International offers an SMS communications program for members and the community. The following terms apply specifically to our text messaging service:
• How to Opt In: You may opt in by texting a keyword provided by City of Faith to our designated short code or long code, by completing an opt-in form on our website, or by providing your mobile number to church staff with express consent to receive texts.
• How to Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact the church directly at (615) 384-3730. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 4–8 messages per month, with higher frequency during special events, holidays, or urgent communications.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan. City of Faith is not responsible for charges from your mobile provider.
• Supported Carriers: Our program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary.
• No Guarantee of Delivery: City of Faith does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered. Delivery depends on carrier capability, network availability, and your device settings.
• No Selling of Data: We will never sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers. Your information is used only for City of Faith communications as described in our
Privacy Policy.
4. Online Giving City of Faith International accepts online donations through a secure third-party giving platform. By making a gift online, you agree that:
• All donations are voluntary and made to support the ministry of City of Faith International.
• Gifts designated for specific purposes will be used as indicated, subject to the church's discretion to redirect funds if a need is fulfilled or a program is discontinued.
• Donations are processed by a third-party provider and subject to their terms and security standards.
• City of Faith will provide a giving statement for tax purposes in accordance with applicable IRS requirements for charitable contributions.
5. Event Registration By registering for events through our website or Planning Center platform, you agree to provide accurate information and acknowledge that event details, dates, and capacity may change. City of Faith is not liable for any loss resulting from event cancellations or changes.
